I am a work at home mom just trying to lead by example and maintain a healthy active life. I am able to achieve this by participating in CrossFit, while trying to balance home and work life. In 2011, I graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology as a fitness specialist. I have always enjoyed working out, but was always missing something from my daily routine.
I found that missing piece in CrossFit. It benefits not only the physical being, but also positively benefits the mind as well. CrossFit has made me confident, stronger, and faster than any point in my life. I really enjoy working out with a community that cheers you on to meet your goals. I have met the best of people doing CrossFit.
CrossFit isn’t just a workout, it’s a way of life.
